Talent Acquisition is a key function for a delivery organization such as us. It is the Sales team for the organization, prospective recruits being the customers. It is imperative that a strong leader is required to lead the function diligently and efficiently. The position calls for excellent selling and team building capabilities. Being honest and of high integrity is also critical to attract the suitable talent.

The basic requirements for the position are :


Around 15 years of total experience in Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
Around 3 years of successfully leading a Talent Acquisition Team
Has experience in branding of the organization to attract talent
Has experience in managing all channels / sources for acquiring talent
Is knowledgeable of the market conditions and ability to utilize the same

Exhibits high integrity and is honest
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills that enable to represent Alliance in high regards
