Requirement in Wipro
Title : Technical Engineer - Remote Support
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Any Diploma / BE / B Sc / M Sc

Role Details: Past Experience: Should have around 2 - 3 Years of IT Exposure.
The Tier 1 Technical Engineer will be responsible for receiving calls and / or emails, analyze the request and provide first level support on Desktops, Peripherals, Servers and Office automation products.
Exposure to Domino and Note
Minimum 1 year of IT technical Help Desk experience. Preferably on HP OVSD, administering the Desktop, Laptops, Servers and Backup & Peripherals.
Capable to do first level troubleshooting on Applications ,Operating System with good working knowledge of MS Of fice ( Especially MS Excel and Power Point ), Microsoft OS (Win 2000 & XP)
Should have experience in troubleshooting and configuring mail clients, configuring, installing and troubleshooting remote access, VPN and dialup
Should have experience on Active Directory ID administration.
